This Service Level Agreement explains our target response times and support availability for domain registration and management services.

Support Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 — 17:30 UK time.

Critical Issues

Examples: domain unavailable due to service error, urgent security issue, account access problem. Target response: within 4 business hours.

Standard Support

Examples: DNS questions, renewal questions, billing support, account updates. Target response: within 1 business day.

Abuse Reports

Reports involving phishing, malware, fraud or harmful activity are reviewed as a priority.

Service Availability

We aim to keep our domain management platform available and reliable. Planned maintenance may be announced where practical.
