These terms apply when you register, renew, transfer or manage a UK domain name through our service.
UK domain registrations are subject to the rules, policies and procedures of the relevant UK domain registry. By registering or renewing a UK domain name, you agree to be bound by those registry rules in addition to these service terms.
You must provide complete, accurate and current registrant information. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date throughout the domain registration period.
You confirm that you have the right to register and use the requested domain name and that your registration does not infringe the legal rights of any third party.
You must not use a domain name for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, spam, malware, phishing, impersonation or any activity that may damage the stability, security or reputation of the domain system.
Domain names are registered for a fixed period. If a domain is not renewed before expiry, it may be suspended, deleted or become available for registration by another party.
A domain name may be suspended, cancelled, transferred or otherwise modified where required by applicable registry rules, dispute procedures, legal obligations, court orders or where these terms are breached.
Registration and renewal fees are shown before checkout. Once a domain registration or renewal has been completed, fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Registrant data may be collected, validated, stored and shared with relevant registry systems, technical providers and authorities where necessary for domain registration, management, security, compliance or legal obligations.
Domain name disputes may be handled through an applicable dispute resolution process. You agree to cooperate with such procedures and comply with any resulting decision or requirement.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in registry requirements, law, security standards or our services.
